Universal, multi-functional frying pan, made of hand-cast aluminium alloy, which guarantees exceptional durability and resistance to damage. Coated with Lotan? coating that protects against burning and sticking of food and allows frying without the use of fat. Resistance up to 240oC allows to use the pan also in oven.
