With three 6kW gas griddle burners powering a heavy duty 900mm wide griddle surface, the gas Blue Seal Evolution Series Cooktop Griddle provides excellent cooking performance and flexibility.
Equally suitable for breakfast, lunch or dinner services, the Blue Seal griddle gives you the versatility to cook multiple items, all at different temperatures, all at the same time. This not only means you don't need multiple separate griddles - it also means everything is kept at one cooking station, leading to a more efficient service.
The Blue Seal is both easy to use and maintain, featuring a strong stainless steel construction and simple dial temperature controls. Built-in push-button piezo ignition for each burner allows you to only use the burners you need, helping to reduce overall running costs, especially during quieter service hours.
The griddle is fitted on a sturdy stand, which not only raises the unit up to a comfortable working height, but also provides handy extra storage on the shelf below.
