Rose water cookers are manufactured from high quality stainless steel and provide an efficient, economic cooking method for many types of meat, shellfish and vegetables.

This model contains an additional inner basket and filter to slow cook small meats,crackling etc.

4 Ring heating elements is positioned underneath the inner pan meaning that anything placed into the ham boiler is never in direct contact with the elements.

The meat is placed in cooking bags and into the water cooker, cold water is added and the lid placed over the top. The thermostat is then set to the desired cooking temperature and the machine is then turned on. There is then nothing more to do than to wait for the cooking process to finish.

Supplied with detachable floor stand.
