The elements deliver fast heat up and recovery times, the filtration system extends the life of the oil while only one pan needs to be switched on during quieter service times, all leading to efficiencies in energy usage, time and running costs. With 4 programme storage per pan, users are able to set?the ideal cook time specific items?which means that the food quality will be consistent?regardless of who is operating the fryer. With each pan only requiring 10 litres of oil to produce 25kg chips per hour (per pan), the E422F is the answer to your frying needs.
