The E3405 Falcon Dominator Plus chip scuttle is a fantastic professional solution for keeping chips and other fried foods deliciously crispy and ready to serve for extended periods.
Holding up to a full 1/1 gastronorm tray of food per load, the E3405 has an impressive capacity, so you can cook more per batch. The chip dump also features heat sources from above and below, so all the held food is kept at a consistent temperature throughout the full tray.
The Falcon E3405 also features a handy angled draining plate, makes it much easier to scoop chips out. In addition, the perforated design helps to prevent food sitting in oil, promoting healthier and crispier results.
