The unit comes with the energy-efficient R290 refrigerant as standard and it offers 10 shelf positions with a 75mm pitch. The shelves each measure 530 x 325mm in size and are designed to hold gastro 1/1 pans.
Built with a high-quality 304 stainless steel exterior and interior, the XR 35 Xtra blast chiller ensures easy cleaning with no visible screws or dirt traps. The door can be hinged on left or right-hand side, offering flexible positioning.
