The Icetro 271 is a feature rich soft ice cream machine that can pack a serious punch in a compact space. The built in self pasteurising function also saves on labour costs whilst the optional pump version will add extra profit into each serving.

• Self-pasteurising - only requires cleaning once every 30 days. Pasteurisation involves heating dairy products for a period of time to kill bacteria. Self-pasteurising machines save on labour costs, reduce wastage and ensure good product hygiene
