Its slanted cooking surface allows for different cooking temperatures, and encourages grease and fat to move to the removable grease gutter & drip pan. Attractive char-broiler markings are achieved due to the cast iron grates, and energy is conserved by the insulated throughout cooktop. The unit is also quick and easy to clean, as the grates, covers & burners can all be simply removed.
