Made with refractory stone bases, the oven helps to create the signature charring found in traditional pizzas. This helps to enhance the authenticity of the pizzas you create, whilst also adding rich and deep flavour.
As it operates at a maximum temperature of 400°C, the Kebab King pizza oven is able to cook thin-crust pizzas in a matter of minutes. This makes it ideal for busy pizzerias that require a high output to deal with customer demands.
Thanks to its dual-layered construction, the pizza oven makes efficient use of your available space. This means that the Kebab King can cook up to eight, 12" pizzas at a time with minimal footprint. Thanks to easy-to-operate controls and a built-in thermostat, the pizza oven is simple to use and allows you to monitor internal temperatures at a glance.
