Utilising space effectively with adjustable shelving and a chilled display area, a Kubus Drop In Cold Patisserie offers diffused illumination and 'point of sale' display strips to maximise your merchandising potential. Your stock is well protected through a combination of sneeze screens, reinforced side panels and a serve over glass canopy, whilst being chilled through a hydrocarbon refrigerant that cuts cost and environmental waste. An eye level digital display monitors temperature and other key settings, and lockable castors allow the unit to be moved easily in times of maintenance and cleaning. GN pans sold separately.
