A base unit to complement your own selection of gastronorm pans and trays, this Lincat Silverlink 600 Bain Marie Base Unit is great for constructing your own optimised food display for self and assisted service catering. As a wet heat model this would be well suited for the preparation of emulsified sauces such as hollandaise sauce as well as custard. A drainage tap on the front of the unit allows for the appliance to be drained quickly and risk-free after you have finished operating. Maximum holding capacity of 2x 1/1 GN.
