And as the oven is fan assisted and double insulated, the range is quickly brought up to temperature - essential for when the doors are being opened as often as they can be in a busy kitchen. The fully pressed hob and vitreous enamelled hob sections are both designed to be very easy to clean - an essential time-saving feature in a large commercial kitchen.
