Also, an adjustable slicing range of 0.5mm to 8mm gives you complete control over the thickness of your meat cuts. This means you can use the knife to slice a variety of different meats, including lamb, beef and chicken.
The head of this Rite Price kebab knife can be removed and cleaned in a dishwasher. Plus, for safety, the knife's transformer reduces the voltage from 230-240V to 30V if the cable gets damaged during operation. The kebab knife comes supplied with a spare cable and sharpening stone for the blade.
