The Metcalfe 10lb (4.5Kg) potato peeling machine is constructed from food grade, non-corrosive aluminium alloy castings, with the spindle housing and chute cast integrally, eliminating joints and possible leakage.
In grey hammer paint finish this peeler can be sinktop, pedestal or trolley mounted.
Peeler complys with all relevant safety standards, and is designed for ease of maintenance and cleaning.
