The perfect way to add traditional carvery meals to your menu, the Moffat Versicarte Pro VC4SC Carte Carvery Station brings all the required components together in one incredibly versatile unit, making service simple. Designed for mobility, the VC4SC is easily stored away when not in use and can be wheeled into position when necessary, so you'll be able to make space for tables or events when not in use.
Power is via a single 13A plug, meaning set-up and positioning is much easier than other similarly-sized carvery units where commando plugs or hardwiring may be required. The VC4SC features two carving stations - perfect for avoiding cross-contamination when serving separate red and white meat options. Sturdy meat spikes ensure the roast is kept in position, whilst the overhead heated gantry effortlessly showcases your meats whilst also doubling as a hygienic sneeze screen.
Also across the top of the station is a handy plate warmer, large enough to accommodate up to 65 dinner plates (up to 12"). For sauces and vegetables, there's space for three 1/3rd size and two 1/6th size gastronorm pans (sold separately), kept warm by dry heat bain marie functionality. Finally, the base is a large capacity hot cupboard, helping you to store either additional plates or food - reducing the need to return to the kitchen for a top-up. Easy to use, clean and maintain.
