Simply set the heat and timer, then add the dough. When in use, pizza bases are pressed to the thickness you need in seconds. Therefore, the Zanolli pizza press can produce up to 400 bases per hour - much faster and easier than hand spinning pizzas.
With cast iron plates, the pizza press has thick chrome plating that helps prevent sticking. This ensures quality presentation as well as taste.
